I am an Enthusiastic Certified Scrum Master & Release Train Engineer. with over 10 years of experience working in Project management and Product development. Currently, I work as the Agile Coach & People Manager at Materialise, where I lead cross-functional teams, building unique products that offer a range of software solutions and 3D printing services!
I’m deeply passionate about implementing the Scaled Agile Frameworks and changing people’s mindsets to create products faster and more efficiently to help empower our customers to transition towards a digital manufacturing process and to launch innovations that have the potential to forever change the faces of their industries.
Previously, I worked at Electrolux as an IT Project Manager & Scrum Master, improving products and services for our end users by using advanced analytics, setting up customer support tools (i.e. Twilio, C4C), creating and maintaining systems for 360 Degree Customer Experience.
